GRACIAS!
It has been a long
time since we do not update the blog. And during
this time, many things have changed in Blue Sky School. We
started with the volunteer program and we must say we are very happy with the
results. So
far, we received 8 Danish guys (Caroline, Signe, Johan, Mads, Eva, Stine,
Johanne and Sandra) and thanks to their advices, their work, their knowledge
and their experience the project is being highly enriched .
Often volunteers are invisible in certain societies. We should not rely on volunteers to carry out certain projects, mainly the ones related with education or health. But, as education is a pending issue for many communities (and largely in Africa), volunteers become fundamental to provide quality education to the children from those communities.
We will continue informing you about how we evolve and improve facilities thanks to these young people who unselfishly are devoting their time to us.
THANK YOU!
